The website emerged from discussions between NGO networks in Europe and the South, who felt the need to share information about the way REDD is developing. REDD-Monitor critically analyses the problems related to REDD and “avoided deforestation” and offers opinions, news and views about REDD. - Indigenous Portal
The Indigenous Portal is a focal point online by Indigenous Peoples for Indigenous Peoples. The site aims to strengthening the global indigenous community by bridging the digital divide between Indigenous Peoples. The news section on climate change often contains information relevant to REDD.
This blog is dedicated to the international conference on Rights, Forests and Climate Change held October 15-17, 2008 in Oslo, Norway. The conference was jointly hosted by the Rainforest Foundation Norway and the Rights and Resources Initiative with support from the CGIAR Systemwide Program on Collective Action and Property Rights (CAPRi). The resources section is very comprehensive and presentations from the conference are also available on slideshare.
